Educator tour ticket

Are you a Teacher, Home School Educator, Scout leader, or a representative of a Parent Teacher Organization interested in learning more about how the Dey Mansion Washington’s Headquarters can enhance your classroom/scout group learning experience? Take a tour on us!

Our Educator Tour Ticket grants individuals one free admission to tour the Dey Mansion and to speak with our staff about the different types of programs we offer. Remembering the Ladies:

Material Culture & the Women of the American Revolution

Tuesday October 17, 2023

10am - 3:00pm

Join Museum Curator Jessica Bush and Dr. Lucia McMahon of William Paterson University for a full day immersive learning experience dedicated to the women of the American Revolution. Educators will gain new insights into the multifaceted role that women played during this period of history and discover how the use of material culture as a primary source can strengthen historical inquiry in the classroom.
