About the Event
In this one-hour mindfulness meditation session, motivational speaker Lavene Gass will conduct a series of guided meditation techniques to not only aid in relaxation but to also balance the mind and body. Attendees will learn breathing techniques, methods of calming the mind, and ways to stay focused. Have a chair or yoga mat handy. Sessions will be held VIRTUALLY. A WebEx link will be provided following registration.
This program is free and open to the public, and presented by the Passaic County Board of County Commissioners.
